Adrian is the Chairperson for the BUSY School Board of Directors. Adrian is the Managing Director for his group private practice Integrative Clinical Psychology. He is an executive leader and education behaviour specialist with over 20 years’ experience working in diverse and challenging schools and communities in both the UK and regional Australia.

Adrian has held Leadership positions in both high schools and in organisations in the corporate sector after spending nearly a decade working in the field of Behavioural Science and now focuses his efforts on solutions that target support at the community level especially for those working within the youth engagement education and employment sectors. Adrian is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and executive coach helping people to thrive and flourish.
