The key role of the Board is to govern The BUSY Schools Ltd by ensuring that the company meets its objectives, as outlined in Clause 2.1 of the Constitution. The functions and powers of the Board are prescribed in Clause 7.1 and 7.2 of the Constitution.
In carrying out its responsibilities and exercising its powers, the Board at all times recognises its overriding responsibility to act honestly, fairly, diligently and in accordance with the law in serving the interests of The BUSY Schools Ltd company members, staff, students, parents and other community stakeholders.
It works to promote and maintain an environment within the School that establishes and maintains high moral and ethical principles as basic guidelines for all of its employees and representatives at all times.
